1. UNWINDER STAND (Equipped with a motorized brake system for efficient operation.)
Type: Double arm type designed for paper cores. Compatible with core sizes of 3", 6", and 12". Roll Rack
Features dual unwind pick-up type located at the rear of the machine, robustly constructed to support reels weighing up to approximately2500kg. Hydraulically controlled vertical movements are seamlessly operated from the console using selectors that manage the solenoid valves.
Oil pressure facilitates precise control of the paper arm movements, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering. The system is engineered for quick, stable operation and user-friendly handling.
Brake Device : Comprises 4 sets
Each set includes 4 brake discs. The main panel integrates a brake unwind control system. The advanced PLC technology meticulously regulates reel rotations, enabling precise paper tension adjustments as needed. Initial tension settings are input by the operator. A tension sensor in the unwinding section communicates with the PLC, which actuates the brake to maintain correct tension.
Tension sensors affixed to the guide roll base transmit electronic signals to the controller, which autonomously adjusts the unwinder brake to uphold the desired tension level.
