Brake Device : 4 sets
Each disc comprises 4 brake pieces. The main panel integrates a brake unwind control, allowing the PLC to maneuver reel rotation precisely 8 times per revolution. The operator inputs the initial tension into the PLC, which, through a tension sensor in the unwinding section, accurately signals the brake to maintain real-time tension.
Tension sensors at the guide roll base send electric signals to the controller, which automatically adjusts the unwinder brake to maintain the desired tension.
