4. Infrared automatic alignment system. Roll alignment and edge alignment system: the operator only needs to input the width in the touch screen, which can realize the automatic alignment of the front and back rolls, improve the simplicity, avoid the loose and wrinkles caused by the wrong alignment when receiving and threading, also reduce waste. Working in conjunction with the infrared automatic calibration system, the cutting paper size can change automatically, and the system operation is controlled by the servo motor. The correction system adopts CCD correction sensor and supports EPC and LPC line tracking.

The content of standard configuration
(1) The base paper holder clamping arm is made of ductile iron , casting with special process, high strength and never deforming, ensuring the safety of the base paper holder clamping arm.
(2) The whole machine USES F.AG & NSK imported original bearing.
(3) The whole machine USES imported electrical components such as Siemens from Germany, Mayor from Germany, Dichtomatik from Germany, Nidec from Japan (former name CT UK)

Function description:
1.UNWINDER STAND (put on machine motorized brake system)
Type: double arm type for paper core 3"6"12" Roll Rack
2 unwinds pick -up type located at the rear of the machine structurally sized to be able to hold reels of a weight approximately 2500kg. The up and down movements are all hydraulic and are directly controlled from the console by selectors that control the solenoid valves.
Oil pressure to control the paper arm before and after closing and moving and lifting. Lifting movement capable of stable and rapid, more simple and convenient operation.
Brake Device : 4 sets
Each disc with 4 pcs of brake .The main panel control include a brake unwind control .This means that the PLC control the rotation of reel 8 time per revolution and in this case the PLC knows exactly the tension must be done to the paper .The initial tension is introduced to the PLC from the operator .A tension sensor roll in unwinding section which connect with PLC, the PLC can give signal to the break to work at the real tension value .
Tension sensors mounted on the bottom of guide roll transmit electric signal to controller .which controls unwinder break automatically keeping target tension amount .
ITALY RE tension control system and pneumatic components are adopted to guarantee the stable operation of the brake control system and the accuracy of every aerodynamic action.
2.Cutting Unit (sychro)
The Double KNIFE cutting unit has a synchronic rotary cutting knife like scissors on the material to make a smooth and accurate cutting for paper from 150gsm and up to 1000gsm.The knife roller is using the most powerful driver from Japan Nidec (UK CT). Precision rotary sheeter groove is processed by imported advance processing center with high accuracy and stability, High quality gear box, using no clearance design gear, which guarantees the stability of the tool body during high-speed operation, completely solve the problem of scratches and light spots, after cutting the edge is neat and smooth, clean cut.
3.Electronic control
Electric control part: adopt German imports of Siemens PLC and Japan Nidec (UK CT) servo drive control system, make the operation more convenient, automation, cutting length, number and the total number of finished products, etc., can be directly in touch screen input. The actual cutting length and cutting amount can be displayed in a timely. High efficiency and energy saving of high power The Japan Nidec (UK CT) servo drive rotary knife shaft, and cooperate with the energy storage tank, effectively reduce electricity consumption, improve the efficiency, reduce the production cost.
4.The delivery section using automatic set paper equipment (Jogger and vibrating devices)
Lift stacked set paper , the paper stack to a considerable height, which is automatically dropped. The stacker table has three sides shake finishing functions,and 1 unit Fixed plate which are vibrating and positioned laterally to each pallet ,while in front of the pallet there is a jogger .2 side plates are placed on a traversal support and can be positioned where necessary .the side of the motor to drive the paper on both sides by high-quality pneumatic by hand wheel to adjust the amplitude of the paper to improve the simplicity and safety of the operation.
5. Department of transportation

6. The New Anti-curvature device (2 sets decurler )
Effectively remove the curl of the roll to make the paper more flat, more conducive the paper roll tension stability.

7. Automatic marking machine (Tab inserter device)
With precise count after insert marking, operators only need to input on the man-machine interface
o after the number of paper, can be in accordance with the Settings to marking the quantity of paper.
One special devices introduce a paper-tab into the pallet that is being.
The quantity of sheets between one tab and another is pre-set by the operator.
The tab inserts are paper direction into pallets .
The PLC will effect to the sheets count and when the pre-set quantity is achieved a tab is inserted
between the sheets of the pallet that is being.
The tab -inserter is automatically controlled by the PLC or can be manually controlled by two keys,
one which feeds the paper strip and the other one for the strip cutting.
8.Slitting knife
The slitting & trimming knives are rapidly automatically changed by through a pair of smart and precision mechanical hands, which can greatly improve your production efficiency and its production performance on the frequent size changes of paper. According to different cutting requirements, It can be coordinate with different knife type to form a different cutting solutions for different cutting requirements, such as electraonic knife, automatic type, manual type, Siamese type, press-cutting type, etc.
9.Tubes and piped for dust removal system
A system to remove the dust is also mounted to remove dust after lonitudinal knives ,this system only include suction cavity and piping.
10. The main machine structure
The main machine wall through finite element analysis, mechanical vibration analysis and optimization of the frame, USES the high quality nodular cast iron for the integration of design, and through precision machining, perfect the resonance phenomenon between the transmission components, make the operation more stable, improve the service life of the bearing parts.
11.Static eliminating system
Anti-static bar there can eliminate the static from the sheets.
12.Full mesh belt
The conveyor part uses a full-width mesh belt (integral belt), which helps to improve the smoothness of the paper surface, completely eliminates the risk of paper edge impact, and improves the stability of paper conveying. The equipment adds a set of suction fan device, and the mesh belt comes with a mesh, which can realize the adsorption of the whole width and ensure the stability of high-speed operation
13.Pallet pile weighing & height measurement
The weighing system installed at the lifting platform can display the weight of the pallet pile timely for recording. It uses German technology and adopts 4-horizontal and 4-vertical structure to avoid scale damage and measurement errors caused by the displacement of pallet pile.
The height of the pallet pile can be measured by laser rangefinder. The laser sensor emits laser pulses, which are reflected back to the receiver by the paper pile, and its height can be calculated by the flight time of the laser pulse or the amplitude of the photoelectric signal.
14.Infrared align auto-adjustment
Paper rolls alignment: the operator only needs to input the width in the touch screen, which can realize the auto-alignment of the front and back paper rolls, avoid the loose and wrinkles caused by the wrong alignment, reduce wastes. This system co-works with the order auto-changing system, and all controlled by servo motor. It adopts CCD correction sensor and supports EPC AND LPC line tracking.
15.Dedusting system
The blue high-viscosity roller can effectively adsorb the dust on the paper, and then white dedust roller (driven by cylinder) removes the dust on the blue. It is easy to tear off the viscous film on the white roller, which now it the most effective system to remove the dusts on the paper surface and successfully solve the problems on paper dusts under high speed running.
