1. UNWINDER STAND (Equipped with an advanced motorized brake system,)
Type: Double-arm design specifically crafted for paper cores, 3", 6", 12" Roll Rack
This system features two unwinds pick-up types, strategically located at the rear end of the machine. It is structurally engineered to accommodate reels with a weight of approximately2500kg. All vertical movements are hydraulically powered and seamlessly managed from the console via selectors, which control the solenoid valves.
Oil pressure regulates the positioning and lifting of the paper arms-making movements stable, swift, and remarkably user-friendly.
Brake Device : 4 sets
Each disc is fitted with 4 pieces of brake. The main control panel features a brake unwind control, ensuring the PLC meticulously regulates reel rotation 8 times per revolution. This precision allows the PLC to ascertain and maintain exact tension requirements for the paper. Operators introduce initial tension settings to the PLC, which, together with a tension sensor roll in the unwinding section, provides real-time tension adjustments.

Tension sensors strategically placed at the base of the guide roll transmit precise electrical signals to the controller, which automatically adjusts the unwinder brake to consistently achieve the desired tension.

The system incorporates Italy RE tension control technology and high-quality pneumatic components, ensuring the brake control system operates with impeccable stability and precision.

This mechanism lifts and stacks paper to remarkable heights, automatically depositing the stack. The stacker table is equipped with three-sided shake finishing features, alongside a fixed plate for lateral positioning of each pallet. A jogger is positioned at the front of the pallet. Two side plates, mounted on a transverse support, can be repositioned as needed.
