14.PLATFORM WEIGHING SCALE SYSTEM  The platform weighing scale of the lifting platform can display the weight of the paper stack in real time, which is convenient for the operator to record at any time. The German technology of the platform weighing scale, with four horizontal and four vertical structure, to avoid damage to the scale and the accuracy of the measurement results due to the position movement of the weighing item during use. 15. Paper stack height detection function The laser rangefinder is used to realize the function of detecting the height of the paper stack. The laser sensor emits a laser pulse, which is reflected by the target and returns to the receiver, and the target distance is calculated by recording the time of flight of the laser pulse or the amplitude of the photoelectric signal. This function can measure the total height of the paper stack.
	The delivery section using automatic set paper equipment (Jogger and vibrating devices) Lift stacked set paper , the paper stack to a considerable height, which is automatically dropped. 	The new Anti curvature device (2 set de-curl ) Effectively remove the curl of the roll to make the paper more flat, more conducive the paper roll tension stability.

Our conveyor system incorporates a full-width mesh belt (integral belt), effectively

enhancing the smoothness of the paper surface, while absolutely

eliminating risks associated with paper edge impact, thereby increasing stability in

paper conveying. The equipment is further augmented with a sophisticated suction fan device, and

the mesh belt is equipped with a mesh to facilitate full-width adsorption, ensuring

stability during high-speed operations.

For paper roll alignment: operators simply input the width on the touchscreen, seamlessly achieving auto-alignment

between the front and back paper rolls. This innovation prevents loose and wrinkled papers due to misalignment, effectively reducing waste.

This technology synergizes with the order auto-changing system, all orchestrated by a servo motor, incorporating CCD correction

sensor technology, and supports EPC and LPC line tracking for precision results.
