The hydraulic system controls seamless up-and-down actions, directly managed via console selectors that govern solenoid valves for precision handling.

Brake Device : 4 sets
Each disc is equipped with 4 brake units. The main control panel incorporates a cutting-edge brake unwind control, allowing the PLC to regulate reel rotation eight times per cycle. The PLC calculates exact paper tension, utilizing initial tension provided by the operator and a tension sensor linked to the unwinding section, ensuring real-time tension adjustment.
Tension sensors affixed beneath the guide roll transmit electric signals to the controller, which automatically adjusts the unwinder brake to maintain consistent target tension.
