1. UNWINDER STAND (This section is equipped with a motorized brake system that ensures seamless operation while feeding paper into the machine.)

This dual unwinds pick-up type is strategically placed at the rear of the machine, engineered to accommodate reels with an approximate weight of2500kg. Hydraulically powered, the up-and-down movements are easily managed from the console through selectors controlling solenoid valves, offering precision and ease of use.
Oil pressure ensures precise control of the paper arm for closing, moving, and lifting operations, facilitating quick, stable, and user-friendly handling.
Brake Device : 4 sets
Each disc includes 4 brake segments. The main panel control features a brake unwind function. The PLC meticulously monitors reel rotation, performing adjustments 8 times per revolution to maintain ideal paper tension. Operators input initial tension values into the PLC, while a tension sensor relays data for real-time brake adjustments, achieving optimal tension control.
Tension sensors fixed below the guide roll transmit electronic signals to the controller, which automatically adjusts the unwinder brake to maintain the target tension.
