1. The upper knife roller features the innovative British cutter design, effectively minimizing load and noise during the cutting process while enhancing the cutter's longevity. Crafted from stainless steel and welded to precision, the roller undergoes dynamic balancing to ensure optimal performance at high speeds. The lower tool seat, cast and machined from solid cast iron, offers remarkable stability and precision.

2. Equipped with a user-friendly touch screen interface, this machine allows for intuitive setting and monitoring of various parameters such as sheet size, count, cutting speed, and delivery overlap, all seamlessly integrated with an advanced Inovance PLC system.

3. Designed for high-speed efficiency, the machine incorporates three sets of slitting knife units, ensuring smooth, effortless trimming and slitting. With quick adjustment and locking features, the high-rigidity knife holder is capable of handling slitting operations at speeds reaching up to 300m/min.

Function description

Double Rotary Knife Upper knife roll has the British cutter method to reduce the load and noise so that the cutter extend cutter life. To steel welding gave precision machining, and dynamic balance adjustment, effectively reduce the vibration and noise of the high-speed operation.  Rotary cutting knife is made of special alloy steel precision machining, with long service life and easy adjustment of the blade. Safety cover will automatically shut down when the safety cover is opened, ensuring safety.

Auto-adjustment Pneumatic Slitting knife (Option) 3 sets of slitting knife unit adopt high speed, smooth in trimming and slitting, with quick Auto-adjustment and locking system controlled by Siemens PLC. High rigidity knife holder is suitable for 300m/min high speed slitting. Made of Germany Tungsten Steel to ensure slitting stability and there will be no burr formation on the edges
	Motorized double decurler system   Effectively remove the curl of the roll to make the paper more flat, more conducive the paper roll tension stability, which enable this machine practically to run thick board till 200-500gsm.
Delivery and Auto Jogger System   Automatically goes down when paper piling up to a certain height.  (Chain type, automatic up and down, more stable operation and service life) Conveyor system with mult-stage: from high speed to low speed. First to separate the cut paper quickly, and then overlap the paper, collect and pile the paper.
	Electronic control   Electric control part: adopt German imports of Siemens PLC and Japan Nidec (UK CT) servo drive control system, make the operation more convenient, automation. Cutting length, number and the total number of finished products etc. can be directly in touch screen input. The actual cutting length and cutting amount can be displayed in a timely. High efficiency and energy saving of high power. The Japan Nidec (UK CT) servo drive rotary knife shaft, and cooperate with the energy storage tank, effectively reduce electricity consumption, improve the efficiency, reduce the production cost.
	Transport department The fast/slow speed belt is controlled by the stepless frequency converter, which automatically tracks the knife speed and adjusts the belt speed, so that the paper can be perfectly overlapped.
Auto counting and Automatic marking Type: Insert after counting precisely Function:After inputting number of paper pieces in HMI, then it can work according to requirements.
